Overview
Miki came to us to concept a drop honoring Bella, her dog.
Bella had passed recently. Miki, a creator, didn't want merch that moved on. She wanted something that kept Bella in the story.
We started in her community. Before any art, we dug into what mattered to the people in it and how a drop could carry weight instead of printing a face on a shirt. Miki already had a bike meetup in motion in Nashville, so we folded that in too. One collection held both: Miki and Bella vs the World.
The art was custom, front and back, with two hand-illustrated back pieces: Bella riding pillion, and Miki with her bike in front of the Nashville skyline. Her stream room has Kirby and Snorlax plushies, so we turned them into stickers and shipped one with every order.
Then we handled the build, end to end.
What we did:
Community research before any art went down
Two custom hand-illustrated back pieces: Bella riding pillion, and Miki with her bike against the Nashville skyline
Two variants of Miki's name for the front hits
Branded inserts and shipping
Custom stickers of the Kirby and Snorlax plushies, one in every order
Posters of the full art
Launch social graphics
Garment sourcing and printing
End-to-end fulfillment and support
