Overview
Miki came to us to concept a drop honoring Bella, her dog and her shadow on stream, the paws half her community knew by name.
Bella had passed recently. Miki didn't want merch that moved on; she wanted something that kept Bella in the story.
We started in her community, digging into what actually mattered to the people in it and how a drop could carry weight instead of just printing a face on a shirt. Then we folded in a second thing already in motion, her bike meetup in Nashville, and built one collection that held both: Miki and Bella vs the World.
The art was custom, front and back. Hand-illustrated hoodie and tee graphics of Bella riding pillion, plus two variants of Miki's name for the front hits, with that branding carried through to the inserts and shipping. We made custom stickers of the Kirby and Snorlax plushies that live in her stream room and shipped them with every order. Posters of the full art. Social graphics for the launch.
Then we handled the build: garment sourcing, printing, end-to-end fulfillment, and support. Miki brought the reason. We built everything around it.
